By creating an account or generating a song on AI Music Maker you agree to these terms.
Service
AI Music Maker is an independent AI music service at aimusicmaker.lat. It runs on third-party music models and is not affiliated with the reference products or the providers of the underlying models. Descriptions of model capabilities may change as those services are updated.
Accounts
- Accounts are created with Google sign-in.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
- We never ask for your password, verification code or recovery code.
Plans, credits and billing
- Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan you choose.
- Plans include a credit allowance, and one-off credit packs can be purchased by subscribers. Credits never expire and unused plan credits roll over on paid plans.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the billing settings page.
- Amounts already billed for a completed period are not refundable except where the refund policy or applicable law applies.
Your songs
You keep the rights to the lyrics, prompts and media you upload. Songs generated during an active paid subscription come with full commercial rights for eligible tracks, and those rights remain valid after the subscription ends. Free-plan songs are for personal, non-commercial use.
Acceptable use
Lyrics, titles and styles must not contain names of famous people or sensitive words, and you may not use the service to create illegal, infringing, hateful or sexually explicit content or to impersonate others.
Availability and termination
Rendering is queued and may take longer at peak times. We may suspend an account that violates these terms, and you can stop using the service at any time.
