- Account information from Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile identifier.
- Subscription and billing information processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Product usage information such as plan status, credit balance and render queue activity.
How we use information
- To create and secure your account and sign you in.
- To activate and manage your subscription and credits.
- To operate, troubleshoot and improve the studio.
- To reply to support requests you send us.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you start a subscription or buy a credit pack you are redirected to Stripe's checkout, and Stripe returns the result of the payment to us. Card details never touch our servers.
Data sharing
We share information only with the service providers required to run the product — Google for authentication, Stripe for payments and our hosting provider for infrastructure. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can sign out at any time, cancel a subscription from the billing settings page, or contact us to request access to or deletion of your personal information.
